I sincerely appreciate your trust and confidence in us since our establishment on February 3, 2013, and the commencement of full operations in 2015. Over the past decade, Skyewise Group has grown in leaps and bounds, achieving strong financial results and solid growth despite challenges such as increased competition, economic uncertainties, and the rapidly evolving business landscape. Our continued success is a testament to our entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and commitment to innovation.

Skyewise Group has expanded into S multiple industries, continuously breaking new grounds. Our success is fueled by strategic execution, increasing assets, and our unwavering mission of building a sustainable investment platform. I am pleased to announce that Skyewise Group is now a recognized member of the National Automotive Council, enabling us to assemble our own vehicles in Nigeria. Additionally, we are fully certified by relevant regulatory bodies. One of our subsidiaries, Skyewise Global Investment Services Ltd, is fully licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an Investment Advisory firm, while our financial services license is currently under interim approval with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
