Deputy Governor Dennis Idahosa joins investors and stakeholders as the Group deepens its footprint in Edo State, creating jobs for over 100 staff — 85% of them Edo indigenes.
BENIN CITY, EDO STATE — Skyewise Group marked its 11th anniversary in style on 6 June 2026, with the grand opening of its new ultra-modern corporate office in Benin City, Edo State — an event that drew investors, clients, government dignitaries and partners from across the country.
The Benin City office is more than a new address. It is a statement of intent: a milestone that cements the Group’s expansion strategy and its growing confidence in Edo State as a hub for investment, jobs, and enterprise. From a single starting point on 6 June 2015, Skyewise Group has grown into a multi-sector force — and this new office signals that the next chapter is already underway.
11 Years, One Vision

Board Chairman Ambassador Usman Sarki, CFR, welcomed guests to the occasion and reflected on the Group’s journey, tracing its growth from inception on 6 June 2015 to the present day exactly 11 years of milestones, resilience, and expansion. He described the Benin City launch as one of the most significant moments in the Group’s history, a marker of how far the organization has come and a preview of how far it intends to go.
A CEO’s Vision Realised

Group CEO Dr. Elvis L. Abuyere welcomed every attendee personally and delivered a keynote address charting the Group’s growth and its ambitions for Edo State and beyond. He revealed that the Benin office has already created employment for over 100 staff, with an impressive 85% of them being indigenes of Edo State — a deliberate, deep-rooted commitment to local empowerment rather than a token gesture. “This is one of our key commitments through the Skyewise Foundation,” the CEO noted, underscoring that job creation in Benin City is part of a broader, sustained mission to reduce unemployment — not just in Edo State, but across Nigeria.
Government Lends Its Voice

The event was graced by Edo State Deputy Governor, His Excellency Dennis Idahosa, who represented Executive Governor His Excellency Senator Monday Okpebholo. The Deputy Governor commended Skyewise Group for bringing such substantial investment to the Ancient City of Benin, noting its dual impact: boosting the state’s economy while directly reducing unemployment among its residents.
Here to Stay, Built to Expand

With its flag now firmly planted in Benin City, Skyewise Group has reaffirmed that this is only the beginning of its journey in Edo State. The Group has signalled clear intent to continue expanding operations across the country, marking its presence in every part of Nigeria one community, one office, and one job opportunity at a time.
